Is there a deadline for enrollment?

There is no deadline for registration. As long as the course is displayed on our website – that means that it is open for you to register. Once the class fills up or starts, the course will automatically close and will show as “FULL” on our website.

Is a clinical externship required?

Yea! Externships are a requirement. Faith's Academy has created a clinical setting in the classroom, making students able to complete all practice and hands on training during class. We require externships so that the students will be comfortable and can navigate efficiently when they enter the workforce.

When can I take the national certification exam?

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be prepared and eligible to sit for the National Certification Exam through NHA.

Do you offer job placement?

While we do not provide job placement services, we are dedicated to equipping you with exceptional training to enhance your job prospects. Throughout the course, our instructors will offer valuable advice on job searching and interviewing techniques. Additionally, they can write personalized letters of recommendation to support your job applications. We also provide resume writing assistance, interview strategy guidance, and valuable job leads and references to help you succeed in your career journey.

Do you offer payment plans?

No worries! We offer several different payment options:

  • Direct Invoicing- You can receive biweekly invoices to conveniently manage and pay off your balance. This ensures you stay on top of your payments without any hassle. Balance must be paid before the course is completed.

  • WIOA Funding- Faith's Academy is workforce grant approved through the Louisiana Workforce Commission and registered in the Louisiana Job Link System as an eligible training provider.  

  • SNAP Recipient Assistance- Faith's Academy is a direct provider with Goodwill Industries and is participating with the SNAP Employment & Training scholarship program.
