IV Certification

This course is a great “add-on” skill for someone already working in the patient care arena.

Training Description

IV Therapy Technicians perform delegated nursing tasks related to IV therapy. IVT technicians can set up, maintain and disconnect IV lines. Most IV Therapy Technicians have other certifications, such as nursing, phlebotomy, or nurse support/patient care tech. This course can be taken alone, but there are no jobs for persons with just this training.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate Of Completion.
